participating Thai post office. On the date of appointment, he\/she has to
purchase an envelope that is available at the Thai post kiosk on embassy
grounds. Along with the envelope, he\/she has to bring the required documents
at Window 1 and 2. He\/she will decide whether the applicant is just entitled
